Trinity Hallでのマナー

 çš† さんがこれから一緒に勉強する場所、トリニティー･ホールはそこで勉強をする仲間が共有する場所です。快適な空間になるか、そうでなくなるかは皆さん一人 一人にかかっています。さらに、自分達で自主的に共有の場所を整頓することは、皆さんが今後大学に進級し、寮生活等を行う上でも必ず役に立つことでしょ う。

勉学に励む、より良い環境を自ら作り出すように努めましょう。

• 自分の椅子の下についているかご以外の場所に私物を学校において帰らないようにしましょう。特にノートパソコンの放置を禁じます。（学校において帰った場合に万が一破損、盗難にあった場合などを考慮して）

• Computer Room とReading Room、教室内（Lecture Room, Tutorial Room）では飲食厳禁です。（ペットボトルの水のみ可）

• 正面玄関のドアは「カチャッ」と音がするまで施錠しましょう。

• Trinity Hall 内は禁煙です。

• Dining Room に（もちろん他の部屋でも）飲食物の残骸を放置しないこと。Trinity Hall を施錠する際に発見した場合は速やかに処分します。

• 金曜日、長い休みの前などは飲食物、私物などを置いていかないようにしましょう。施錠の際に発見した場合は速やかに処分します。

ま た、Trinity Foundation Programme　で教えてくださる先生方は皆さんのために最適な授業を常に心がけ、準備しています。遅刻、欠席などで先生方の努力を無駄にすることの ないようにしましょう。もちろん、体調不良、不慮の事故などでやむをえない遅刻、欠席の場合があると思います。その際は、授業の始まる前、また遅くとも １０時前には連絡をしましょう。

【掃除について】

Kitchen, Diningをきれいに保つようにこころがけてください。特に食べかけ、飲みかけの物が放置されてないかチェックをする。（Kitchenにはタオル、台ふきん、ふきんが常備してあります。）

特に金曜日の帰宅前には、冷蔵庫の中もなるべく空にするようにチェックするようにしてください。

Manners in Trinity Hall

Trinity Hall is where you will study from now on.  You will share the place and the experience with your fellow students.  You will study together and spend a lot of time together.  It is up to each one of you whether the school becomes a comfortable space or not.
Furthermore, putting a place you are sharing in order independently will certainly come into use when you move to university and live a dormitory life. Make the effort to create a better environment to work hard on your own accord.

• Do not go home leaving personal belongings behind, other than in the basket under your chair. You are not permitted to leave your laptops behind. (The school cannot take responsibility for their security)

• Eating and drinking is strictly prohibited in the Computer Room, Reading Room, Lecture Room and Tutorial Room (only bottled water is allowed).

• Lock the front door until it clicks.

• No-smoking in Trinity Hall.

• Do not leave remains of food and drinks in the Dining Room (or other rooms, of course). If they are found when closing the Hall, they will be disposed of promptly.

• Do not leave food and drinks behind on Friday and before long breaks. If they are found when closing the Hall, they will be disposed of promptly.

Also, the teachers at Trinity Foundation Programme always aim to give the best classes, and they prepare for them. Try not to waste their efforts by coming late or being absent. Of course, there can be circumstances where you are ill or there is an accident. In that case, make contact before classes, or at the latest, before 10 o’ clock.

【On Cleaning】
Especially before going home on Friday, please check the inside of the refrigerator and empty it of anything that will not last until the following week.Please try to keep the Kitchen and Dining Room clean.Especially, check if there are any food or drinks left. (There are towels, table cloths and tea towels in the kitchen all the time.)
