Neither staff nor students will be unnecessarily discriminated against as a result of any disability. Â Every effort will be made to accommodate them with the aid of any supporting charity, the local authority, and UKCISA. Members of staff will help them where ever possible within sensible parameters for their own health and safety and that of the students.
Proviso: the ability of the Trinity Foundation Programme to carry out its duty of care to all staff and students and to maintain standards of education must not be adversely affected. Current legislation to be checked every time a prospective student or member of staff applies to TFP.
